I'm so grateful for this clinic. I regularly have to go with my grandmother for her blood tests and they are always so kind and handle all her needs with the finest professional attention. Dr. Darvish and his staff always contact me as soon as results are in and facilitate with my tasks of dealing with the doctors and pharmacists. They always do their best to service you and are such good people that really care. That's who you need when you don't feel well!
Worst customer service ever. Have visited before, had my new insurance ID card in hand (which they know they accept), and refused to see me without retail cash payment because "the system is down" and they can't verify the policy. Um, that's what the ID card does. Horrible.
Staff show prejudices to consumer by making blacks wait for hours unnecessarily This happened on 7/8/15 one man African American was on at 0830 waiting first,then approx 3 other patients came in afterwards all were seen the African American was still waiting at 1130am! Shame on them
