Nostalgia attracts people in droves to this old-school drugstore and soda fountain established in 1946. The interiors, complete with a prescription counter, vintage lanterns, comfy booths and lots of wood-paneling, will take you back in time. The menu offers burgers, sandwiches, salads and shakes just like the old times. Apart from this, Brent's serve a very popular lemonade, malts as well as floats. The ice-creams and sundaes are popular as well. A perfect place to tuck into comfort food.

They have been nice to people I know. Good services from the front to the back. Bigcountry said so
Vintage atmosphere and food! Will always be a staple of Fondren/Jackson.
Brent's Drugs is a Jackson institution. If you haven't been in a while, you should go back. The food is better than it's ever been and it doesn't hurt that the best bar in town (The Apothecary at Brent's Drugs) is in the back. Go check it out for the first time, or return to see what you’re missing out on... you won't be disappointed!

Crap service at Brent's today. Seemed to be severely understaffed, waited forever for food.

The food has greatly improved since the relaunch. The service was atrocious, but the manager corrected it. The decor is straight out of the 50s. A must have are the milk shakes, for all ages!
