Nostalgia attracts people in droves to this old-school drugstore and soda fountain established in 1946. The interiors, complete with a prescription counter, vintage lanterns, comfy booths and lots of wood-paneling, will take you back in time. The menu offers burgers, sandwiches, salads and shakes just like the old times. Apart from this, Brent's serve a very popular lemonade, malts as well as floats. The ice-creams and sundaes are popular as well. A perfect place to tuck into comfort food.

I like coming to Brent's because it is such a staple in the community but this time was the worst. Our server was completely clueless and would never come to our table. The food was okay when it actually got to the table. Our milkshakes were HORRIBLE. They were not at all what we ordered. I'm very disappointed in my experience today.
When my dad was in UMMC fighting luekima. I would always go to Brents to get us food we loved it there. Thanks everyone there for wonderful memories.

The new menu is awesome and the quality of what they are putting out in the kitchen is worlds beyond what it was. Brent's has had a history of slooooow service, but the current staff is hopping and a great improvement. One of our favorite neighborhood joints!
We stopped in tonight for a casual "date night" choice instead and were so glad we did. My lamb burger was insanely good as were the fries. Our waitress was so friendly. Great job on the new place-it still feels like Brent's but upgraded!

Brent's is back and better than ever! The new menu and renovations have made it like a brand new place. Brent's has always been a staple of Fondren and now with this revamp it will continue to be. The Brent's Burger is my favorite still but the Rabbit Melt is worth the try.

I got there early and they told me they opened at 11am. That was fine I told them I would wait. They asked me if I wanted a drink which I got. From there it went down hill. Took forever to get a menu should have given me one while I was waiting. I ordered the hibiscus soda because I saw a picture on Facebook and it looked very good. We'll mine did not look like the picture. After sitting for almost 30 minutes watching everyone else that ordered after me get their food mine finally came. Brent's is unbelievable, the food is fabulous. I had lunch there yesterday with my co- worker and the food was so good. Hamburger steak, greens, chicken salad, and to top it off Mango sherbet. Go you won't be disappointed. Thanks Joshua.
Omg... My coworker and I had the best lunch at Brent's. The customer service was absolutely great. Big thanks to Joshua. The food was a definite YES! I can't believe I ate so much; greens, hamburger steak, potatoes, poached eggs, chicken salad sandwich, (they make their own bread), cheese soup, mango sherbet, and a special mint drink... so it's safe to say, "I will be a regular"
