The interiors, complete with a prescription counter, vintage lanterns, comfy booths and lots of wood-paneling, will take you back in time. The menu offers burgers, sandwiches, salads and shakes just like the old times. Apart from this, Brent's serve a very popular lemonade, malts as well as floats. The ice-creams and sundaes are popular as well. A perfect place to tuck into comfort food.

Stopped for a hot breakfast on a cold morning while in our tandem bike ride from Madison, WI to New Orleans, LA. Super friendly staff, quick service, and timely coffee refills. Thanks!

From the moment we walked in the doors, we felt welcome and at home. The waitstaff was friendly and personable and the atmosphere was fun. The appetizers were hot and delicious, the drinks cool and refreshing. Oh, my, the limeade was the best I've ever had! My kids all had the famous Brent's Burgers -- and each one was a special order to get it just like they wanted it. And each one arrived at the table PERFECTLY prepared. Saturday at 10 a.m. just about every table was dirty. No service. Left and went elsewhere to eat.
Very neat old fashion soda fountain/diner to visit and eat! The "greens" were delicious and the Nutella hand made shake was the BOMB!
Their fries are the best! Love the food and the atmosphere. Thanks for great service Dorothy and Lilly!!! We'll be back :)

Awesome food and great friendly atmosphere. How did I not know of this place before? Lilly is the best server ever.
The egg & olive sandwich was so good. Loved the bread it came on. I enjoyed my visit sitting at the bar. I split a few milkshakes with my friends, too. It's cool that you can watch them make the shakes right in front of you. I was impressed at how few ingredients go into the milkshakes - ice cream, milk and massive amounts of Nutella in my case. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!! Not the old Brent's Drugs I remembered. To start, the service is TERRIBLE. Sat for over 20 min on a slow day before ever being greeted at the table. When the food came, it was not good. We then ordered shakes, and that was disappointing too... Didn't even finish mine. Need to get it together or I won't be returning.
