Dr. Koch reconstructed my nose. I couldn't breathe at all and hated how my nose looked. While the recovery wasn't fun the results were so worth it. I love my new nose and can breathe. Thank you.
I went to Koch plastic surgery last year and my nose now looks worse and my breathing went from good to very bad. Do not spend your money here I so regret having dr cody Koch as my plastic surgeon. I will make sure no one goes through my experience.

I was 100% satisfied with Dr. Koch and his staff. I am so glad I decided to have the s-lift done, it was one of the best decisions I have made. It is so natural looking people think I have changed my hair or lost weight. I would highly recommend a consult if you are considering this done.
Last November Dr. Koch rebuilt my nose and corrected my field of vision by doing my sagging eye lids. I was asked at my first visit, "when did you break your nose?" My response, "which time!" I had a procedure done by Dr. Koch on my face, literally taking years off my appearance. It was a learning, but exciting experience, and Dr. Koch was available day and night for any questions, concerns, or problems. The procedure itself was painless, while the recovery time was a little longer than expected, although I was informed about the after effects. I think that Dr Koch is a very good surgeon. I don't feel that he is totally forthcoming with information about his surgeries, risks and what recovery will be like. If he did, there would probably be fewer elective cosmetic procedures. That said, I believe he is the best plastic surgeon in Des Moines.
Dr. Koch performed a complicated rhinoplasty/septoplasty for me following an injury sustained a few years prior to surgery. I had an excellent result-breathing well and the appearance is very flattering and natural.
