I am a new patient, having recently moved to the area and I am very impressed with the practice. I was registered as a patient within hours of submitting my registration forms. I rang at lunchtime today for an appointment and was able to see a doctor the same day (something I had never experienced at my previous GP practice). Dr O’Brien was excellent, I felt my concerns were listened to and even had bloods taken without having to return for a subsequent appointment. I highly recommend this GP practice.
Have been with Bredbury medical centre since moving in to the area in 2018. Overall my experience of the practice was initially extremely poor as there was only dr greenwell and one other doctor at the surgery. As the practice has grown and the new partners have come onboard, services have improved dramatically and as a mother of a young child with a chronic illness and compromised immune system, I can call the surgery at any time for an emergency appointment and they will go out of their way to fi her in. I first registered with Bredbury Medical Centre when I moved to the area in 1996; then, during a period of ill-health, was treated (effectively and always with respect) by Dr Greenwell. More recently, I have met and been equally impressed with Dr Riaz, as well as other members of the team (including Sam). Unfailingly helpful as well as knowledgeable, I can't recommend this practice highly enough. [Review given independently, not requested by the practice.]
Have just changed to this surgery and I am absolutely thrilled by the service myself and my husband have received. Wish I had changed years ago .
Been with BMC for several years, in this time BMC have really upped their game. BMC offer a first class service that is patient centred, focused on care and fulfilment.
