Generally ok, but a few management flaws. The fact you can’t book appointments in advance or online is wildly inconvenient and outdated, and causes a huge backlog each morning. If you need to book a non-urgent appointment, it would make far more sense for that to be an option so the urgent queries can be prioritised each day instead of first come first served. Very disappointed to call in the night for advice and listen to the same message played over and over, suggesting that I can speak to someone (“Press 1 to speak to operator.”). Awful in an emergency
Great doctors, nurses and receptionists, very friendly, got appointment same day.
Amazing service, our daughter was unwell whilst in the area on holiday. We were seen the same day by both a nurse practitioner and a doctor who were incredibly welcoming and friendly.
