Booked appointment months in advance took time off and then appointment's cancelled, didn’t seem to bothered that I had to re schedule my time , written agreement ! Contracts a contract , and reading legal binding , was not rude I have commitments looking after older person , I can’t just drop things
I contacted David earlier this year as my local heating engineer was unable to help with my oil boiler issue. David was extremely professional and helpful on the phone and came out to assess and carry out the repair. He was also able to advise me on a number of safety concerns with my existing oil tank and I employed him to replace and relocate the tank in the summer. Highly recommended.
