We attended Diane and Rachel’s first ever retreat! Oh and what a spectacular day we had me and my friends went for a 40 surprise! A day of full of relaxation ! Blissful! Want to say a massive well done to Diane and Rachel it was a lovely day and we will be back ! Not forgetting the Host just wow! Feel so lucky to be apart of an amazing experience ! X

I attended a 4 week Breathworks course with Diane which I would definitely recommend. The course was informative and practical. Diane took the time to explain why we were engaging in the different breathing techniques. As an asthmatic, mouth and chest breather, a filling at the dentist would normally cause anxiety and panic, believing that I would not be able to breathe. At the end of the 35 minute procedure the dentist commented on how chilled I was! Thank you so much Diane
