Amazing breathwork session and coach. Such a transformational experience.
Patrik it's a very respectful and kind soul. He has a warm energy that make you feel welcomed and at peace. During the breathwork session he guide you with simplicity in the deep realm of yourself with care and trust. I tried for the first time breathwork and it's was very powerful after that you feel your chest and your belly open with no tension at all. Thank you Patrik.
Patrik is a brilliant practioner. When I met patrik, I felt so welcomed..he was so friendly and warm hearted. Every moment I spent with patrik, you could feel his amazing energy and not only do I see Patrik as a great practioner I also see him as family. It truly feels like I've known the guy for years..he wouldn't fail to deliver with breathwork and companionship.

The level of presence he brought really supported me to feel so held and seen, and that allowed me to go deeper into my process knowing I was in a safe container.
