we where treated with utmost respect and professionalism. paul is a good guy. everytime we had questions he got us answers. tried benn subaru couldnt even come close to what brattleboro did for us. and that was including there so called free maintenance for 3 yrs. i will continually buy from brattleboro subaru. this make 3rd car and next yr i will get a 4th.
We were treated well during our buying purchase when we had to come back they were truthful to their word. They also paid attention to that our 4 year old was getting bored and helped with this. Since we were there all day and did not eat they helped out with this as well, overall a great experience.
I brought my 2013 Subaru in because of excess oil consumption. They said they would test it, but didn’t actually complete the test. When I returned , finding out that the test wasn’t done, they finally did do the test which failed. They did replace the lower half of the engine (under warranty). Then it got hot and I discovered that they neglected to connect the air conditioning unit after the work was done. My regular mechanic did it for me. I am sure it was just an over site, but it shows sloppy work.
I think I've purchased three cars through Brattleboro Subaru. All were handled with no pressure, openness, and the service following has been excellent. The 2017 Forester we used to own was an excellent vehicle, and the Ascent could not be better. It's where we trust the service to keep our Ascent performing superbly.
The negotiation was easy and they gave me a fair trade-in on my used (and damaged) used Impreza. I usually dread car buying but Paul made it easy.
It took awhile to make it happy but I was pleased in the end. Worked hard to get me in a great car that I could afford
Purchased a new Subaru with Ian, and the entire process was very transparent and fast. Worked with my expedited timeline and gave me a fair price, very helpful and friendly staff, absolutely will be a return customer.
