I purchased my car 4 months ago and since then I have had several issues with the service. I have two recalls on it, one fixed before I purchased and one soon after on the rear view camera. After fixing the camera I no longer had the backup alarm. I called and was told I could fix it by reading the owner manual. Now I am trying to get my first service done (oil change) and I called and was on hold while the receptionist tried to connect me 5 times. I would just like to thank you guys for the great service, and by great service I mean selling my wife and I a car that had to have the block replaced within a month of owning. Which by the way we still have problems with it not running right. Brought it in on two different times once you had the car for two months and did nothing. Today updated two software programs and now the car won't stay running. So again thank you for the great service.
