Am on my Second Subaru and I am QUITE satisfied with Customer Service and work at the Subaru dealership. The staff in Service is always friendly and our Salesperson, Laura Chapdelaine, is awesome as well. She doesn't just serve my needs, she treats my daughter with the same respect and kindness, as she does me.
I love this place. They always have the best of the best working there.
First of all they had a 2017 Forester XT. Very hard model to find. Then, they honored my USAA price agreement gladly. Then, they gave me a sales person who was a car guy. I'm a car guy. Had a great leasing experience with John McLean and told him I'd be more than happy to recommend him and Brattleboro Subaru.
Very friendly and helpful. They listened to what I wanted and were never pushy.
We had a great experience purchasing my third used Subaru from Brattleboro Subaru. I needed the car in a hurry and was able to drive away with my new-to-me Outback the very day I looked at! It did need a return visit a few days later to do some promised brake work which all went very smoothly. Thank you for such a pleasant and hassle free experience. We will be back!
