Made an appointment three days ago to test drive/lease a new vehicle. Showed up ten minutes early to find that the person we made the appointment with was assisting others. Waited 15 minutes in the waiting room until we were guided to a back corner desk. We came prepared with our desired model, credit score, price point and current lease information. When you pay $800 dollars to fix the heat and you get it back and less then 24hrs no heat lmao great job Subaru the $800 to find out what's wrong with my day smh anouther $900 for the heater core just to get heat in a car wow I should Invest in a pellet stove and hook it up to my truck $1700.00 omg really have a good 1 Subaru keep up the good work in stealing money it's that simple ....p.s u guys need new mechanics
We met with Billy, the salesman and told him what we wanted and what we could afford to pay. Without pressuring us to buy a more expensive model, he came up with just the right no-frills car for us car for us. He then worked with us and negotiated until we came up with a payment plan that we could manage, and he even worked in a feature that we wanted but that the model did not have. I just want to say this was by far my best experience for buying a car I went in an hour before they closed on a Sunday and I got the car I wanted less then an hour and half later I was driving it off the lot Russ berry was and amazing guy to work with I will always go back there for a car and recommend anyone I know to go there the sales manager got me a huge deal on an 08 wrx so so thankful to you guys for getting me my car
