It is great that the sales person was so knowledgeable about Subarus and owned one. He worked closely with me and with no pressure. He didn't have my car on the lot but quickly found one and offered a competitive price right from the start. There are other great Subaru dealerships in New England, but this one was the best.
Fast efficient and friendly service!
I went in for an oil change, got a 30,000-mile service car only had 28,000 miles. Will b trading it in April and it still won't have 30,000. Going there for years not anymore. Service guy said he would check miles, guess he didn't. Not happy!
I had not planned to buy a new car but a bit of an accident forced my hand. Brattleboro Subaru made me a great deal on a newer car and gave me a good value on my trade-in. The service department has always provided excellent customer service and repairs for my various Subarus. I highly recommend checking out their inventory and getting to know their friendly and knowledgable team of sales persons.
