Great service from the salesman Tom McFeeley, he is very knowledgeable and helpful. Its my first new car with all the new technology and he took the time to explain it all to me and answer all my small questions! They were very organized and offered Covid protections.

I RECOMMEND EVERYTHING ABOUT BRATTLEBORO SUBARU. Recently drove out of state ( MA to VT) to purchase my new Subaru Crosstrek. Excellent choice. Very helpful and NO PRESSURE. Casual chatting, answered all questions, and very efficient. I plan of having my maintenance done there as well. I am 78 yo and this it the very best car sales experience I ever had. So happy I was "inspired" to drive to my favorite state to make this purchase! 💖❤️🥰😍🤩

I went into faiths Toyota about a year and a half ago, age 19 first time buyer so I wasn’t really aware of what I was doing. All by myself. I got screwed over with 18% interest rate AND signed a 3,000 extended warranty, AND 850.00 for GAP insurance. But wait there is more... I got sold a 18,000 car for over 25,000. 10/10 do not recommend. I’ll make this simple.... I was in the market for a new Forrester and ALL the folks at Brattleboro made it as easy as could be; no pressure, no games - everyone is sincere and authentic. I’ve been buying and selling cars for over 50 years (!) - new and used - and have only once before had an experience as good as this Don’t bother going elsewhere! I purchased my car - gently used with 12,000 miles - at Brattleboro Subaru two years ago and had a great buying experience. Since then, I've had my inspections done there and recently had a wiring harness issue fixed. Brattleboro Subaru really cares about their customers! The sales and service departments both are awesome!
