RN Dr. Branson is a great dentist and very nice. On the otherhand, the Office Manager(his wife) and the secretary(his son) were so beyond RUDE! The son was so argumentative towards me on the phone regarding my insurance and then he had the nerve to tell me to go find another dentist and hung up on me. The way he treated me and spoke to me was so uncalled for and very unprofessional! The next day my husband and I went up there to speak with Dr. Branson and we were told to speak to the wife. Incredibly rude I have never been treated so rudely by anyone answering a telephone. When I attempted to discuss my insurance with her, she got nasty and HUNG UP ON ME! I was willing to pay cash up until that point. On a call back, she told me SHE OWNED THE BUSINESS and didn't want me. The lady's name was Sharon.
No smiles! I just contacted this dental office with general questions and the receptionist was extremely rude and I felt very unprofessional. After speaking with her it left me upset and I would definately not recommend anyone go there.Also, I will be sure to let all of my co-worker know that if they are looking for a dentist this is not the one.
family office dr branson & his wife (office manager) have treated myself,husband and kids. wouldn't trade his skill or her insurance knowledge or the sweet staff !!
Customer Service Sucks I took my daughter to have her teeth cleaned and a baby toothed pulled prior to having braces put on. Dr. Branson did a real good job with our daughter (who is afraid of dentists) explaining what he was doing. After a week we saw that we overcharged and billed for something under our insurance plan that should have been free. No Customer Service This place is a dive in Watauga. I scheduled a cleaning, but only got a check up. I didn't need a check up. I needed a cleaning. They scheduled me a cleaning for two months later. I forgot about it, but never received a call to remind me before the appointment, or after I missed it. I called to ask about it and was told that is how they work. They don't have time to deliver customer service....REALLY?
HORRIBLE OFFICE MANAGER I would NEVER recommend this dentist office to anyone. Not even my worst enemy. YES..the dentist Dr. Branson is very nice and I enjoyed my cleaning with him BUT his rude wife is another story. I called to confirm my appointment because I had NOT received a call prior to my appointment date and she was so rude and then told me I no longer had an appointment and to find another dentist. Steer clear of this dentist! Not only did this unbelievably rude dentist's wife/receptionist attempt to overcharge me (according to my insurance company), she also tried adding office visit charges which weren't allowed under the insurance policy. When I questioned the overcharge (she was adding "lab" fees), I was told by this slovenly shrew that "she was tired of being nickled and dimed to death" by people and to "Get out, we don't want your business!"
STAY AWAY at all costs!! Horrible Rude Secretary...had the nerve to yell at us... then the "son" bad the nerve to call us back and yell at us. If this is how they run their business...they will NEVER touch my teeth! All reviews I have read have been very similar to mine...HORRIBLE AND RUDE...except for what must be "family friends" to get the ratings higher!
