RN Dr. Branson is a great dentist and very nice. On the otherhand, the Office Manager(his wife) and the secretary(his son) were so beyond RUDE! The son was so argumentative towards me on the phone regarding my insurance and then he had the nerve to tell me to go find another dentist and hung up on me. Dr. Branson is an excellent dentist. I have been close family friends with the Bransons since 1994. Dr. Branson is an honest, knowledgeable and friendly dentist. If you would rather go to a big fancy office and pay higher prices and pay for work that you really dont even need done, go ahead. It would be a good idea to be knowledgeable about your insurance policy beforehand, filing insurance is a courtesy to the patient, not something the doctor is required to do. No smiles! I just contacted this dental office with general questions and the receptionist was extremely rude and I felt very unprofessional. After speaking with her it left me upset and I would definately not recommend anyone go there.Also, I will be sure to let all of my co-worker know that if they are looking for a dentist this is not the one.
Customer Service Sucks I took my daughter to have her teeth cleaned and a baby toothed pulled prior to having braces put on. Dr. Branson did a real good job with our daughter (who is afraid of dentists) explaining what he was doing. After a week we saw that we overcharged and billed for something under our insurance plan that should have been free. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER RELATIONS I have been a patient of Dr Montroy's for nearly a year. I called today to set up a check up and cleaning under my new insurance plan that was due to go active on the first of next month. I wanted to set up my appointment on one of my off days because my job requires a lot of my time. I was told by the old woman that runs the front desk that i would have to wait until the middle of the month to set an appointment because that's when they get proof from the provider that i'm insured. RUDE Office Staff! I've been with this dentist for over a year and recently left them. Not because of Dr Branson, but because of the office staff. They tried to charge me for xrays when my insurance company covered them! When I explained that they were covered, they actually told me to go find a new dentist! I spoke with the office manager, who happens to be the mother of the kid I was talking to, and she was very rude. They clearly are doing so well they don't need the business because she told me to get lost!
Unbelievable! I called this office to get an idea of what I would pay to get my tooth fixed. A woman named Sharon, picked up the phone, and when I asked her to give an idea of what I would pay, she laughed at me and told me that "This isn't some kind of discount store. We don't quote over the phone because you could hold that against us." Then I called back and told her my name, she laughed and said "Yes?" in smart elic tone. Branson Dental is not worth it! Never even been to this dentist before but the receptionist was so rude and said they didn't need my service. Totally in awe of how I was treated! Said she was dentist wife and somehow charged by my insurance. I told her I would take care of it and call insurance she didn't care to listen to me. This is the most nasty liverish person I have ever talked to. Wow if I were you would think before you visited this mean tempered office. All I wanted was my Christian family of five to get a cleaning!
STAY AWAY FROM BRANSON DENTAL! I saw Dr. Branson for the first time on August 12, 2013. Dr. Branson and his staff/family are the most unprofessional healthcare workers I have ever encountered. The issues began while Dr. Branson’s dental assistant was discussing my treatment plan; Dr. Branson recommended an extraction and root canal.
