We cannot recommend the lovely team at Brannen & Partners (Tynemouth) enough. We used them for both the sale of a property and the purchase of another and they were brilliant from start to finish. A special mention to Gillian who was on the ball throughout. The moving process was stressful with a lot of parties involved but Gillian did the best job co-ordinating and keeping it all running to plan. Compared to other estate agents in the area, their property photos are second to none and fees are competitive and reasonable.
The two ladies we spoke with were lovely to deal with. Great customer service and helped us a lot. Wouldn’t hesitate to go inside and have a chat and highly recommend :)
Absolutely amazing service from the point of initially contacting this estate agents to completing today. Brennan's were prompt at getting my first viewing and the lovely couple went on to put in an offer and bought my house! Would recommend Brennan’s to anyone and don’t plan to sell a home again anytime soon but won’t use anyone else if and when I do. To all the lovely , professional and knowledgable staff, thank you all so much! x
Just want to say a huge thank you to Brannen and Partners in Tynemouth, the service they provided in selling our house was amazing. Especially Gillian as she had a few challenges to deal with but nothing was a bother to her. Would highly recommend using this Estate Agent.
