I’ve rented the same property through the lettings team at Brannen & Partners for the last 8 years and they’ve been fantastic! When my oven broke on Christmas Eve they had a guy out with a replacement same day! Emails are always replied to in a good time frame and when I’ve called the office they’ve been really helpful and professional. I recommend them for anyone that’s looking for stress free renting.
I cannot fault the service from Brannens Whitley Bay, especially Nicola Tait, who was caring, attentive , informative and always there to help..I highly recommend Brannens, especially as it was the property of my late Mother..Nicola was very supportive & compassionate at a difficult time for me..
I found the service I received from Brannens totally unprofessional. Due to Storm Daragh my flat became uninhabitable and I was left to find temporary alternative accommodation due to the fact my landlord's insurance didn't cover it. Communication throughout this situation was extremely poor. I struggled to get to speak to the property manager whenever I called and responses to my Emails were very slow. These are the worst letting agents I've ever had to deal with. Rude tell lies. The way they treat tenants is horrible. Don't do repairs. They steal money. And say they didn't notice it . I wouldn't recommend these horrible people. Do you self a favour and use anyone else. Totally disgusting.
