Fast friendly service went in last year with a spider bite was in and out in 30 min meds. Had to take my son in he had a infected gland the drained it and gave him meds was on and out in 45min doctors and nurses are the best

This hospital has made some good changes. The emergency room was it better and nicer. Staff has improved also.

This hospital gave us the best experience u could ever receive from hospital. All of the employees really seemed like they are there to comfort and help people. My daughter had a minor same day surgery and they made us feel so comfortable and even tho my Lil girl was nervous they eased both of our minds. I only wish all hospitals would use Brandon regional hospital as an example of what to be like. I will NEVER be back, not even on my death bed. I brought my 30 week preemie in the the er at 10:10 for falling off the couch (she is now almost 4 months old learning how to roll that we didn't know she could) well my daughter also has ivh so I walk in tell them she's a preemie and has ivh which is bleeding in her brain that she has had since birth (incase she didn't know what it was) and fell off my couch on a cement floor and she had us sit down, we did go back pretty fast.
