7 hours for blood work, x-rays and a urine sample to be told she has anxiety, go see your primary care physician. SEVEN HOURS?! Never again!
No complaints from this hospital or the staff... Always very good to my family and me...
I was going to do a review, but after reading dozens of previous reviews I feel it would be pointless. It seems none of the problems are being corrected. I just moved to Fl in August, will most likely use another hospital next time.
Seriously, I've worked in the hospital setting for 12+ years. This was my FIRST experience in this hospital and I don't want to ever have to go back! I went in because I was having a very bad asthma attack, struggling to breathe. I left there no better than when I walked in! They never gave me a little room I just bounced from cold waiting room to cold waiting room. They took a sprained ankle and drug seeker before they took a respiratory distress patient. Overall the staff was excellent and very attentive. Even after blowing the veins in both hands trying to start an IV on me for surgery. Once the surgery was over I was taken to my room and had Leigh as my nurse, SHE WAS AWESOME at shift change I got Angela and she was great as well! Only issues at all was the tv didnt work in my room and when they moved me to another room the remote didnt work for the tv in there either and it kept calling the nurses desk ... fix the electronic issues and everything would have been great!
I always gone to this hospital since I move to Florida and no complaints what so ever they always treat me good and professional I recommend this hospital to anybody the only complaint that I have is the wait sometimes they take a little long but other than that great hospitality�
Sitting around for hours in the waiting room with an IV line in as we wait for lab results - REALLY? Not a single soul came by to update on the status. You built a Beautiful new ER with the same crappy service basically means you spray painted a pile of dog crap. Great job on waisting money. Would have been better spent paying everyone's Uber charge to have them transported to St Josephs. Live and learn. I know I won't make this mistake again.
WHAT was I thinking????? Take your chances...............
