I will never go back to Brandon E R was there over 6 hours they treat you like you're a bother don't keep yoh informed you have to go find someone to go you you wk in the door sick and you have to register at a computer kiosk and wait when they do come for you you have yo walk down a hallway for at minimum 100 yards and wait some more never again I will go further to st Joseph

Every time that I take my daughter I have a very good experience with the staff. Everyone is very polite and everything is done very quickly.
I have a new respect for BRH. I went to the ER last week and was welcomed with open arms. My nurses were super friendly and funny! I also was there today for a procedure and everyone assured me that everything was going to be great and kept me calm when I was very nervous. Very grateful to have been treated so well when feeling like crap. Thank you. �
My wife came to the ER on Monday with what was obvious severe abdominal pains and was told it would be two hours before she could be seen! An hour later, when a friend she called arrived;curled up on the waiting room couch in tears, still none of the uncaring front staff even bothered to see how really bad she was. Fortunately her friend insisted on leaving and driving 25 minutes away to St. Joseph Hospital. What a difference, was admitted to a room quickly, tests ran and a acute appendicitis identified. Your emergency room valet service is terrible. Valet was too busy to get my car because he was on the phone. Had the nerve to tell me the car was parked across the street. Rude service from the valet.
Came in with my daughter who had a broken nose... I liked the fact that they took us straight back, but it took way too long for a Dr or nurse to come see her....
