Excellent medical care and caring treatment from the first greeting upon arrival to interactions with the surgeon and medical support staff and through aftercare and departure. We're fortunate to have such an excellent resource in our community.
Big change at Brandon Hospital I'm glad I went there we had a lil wait at the ER but they cleaned out that ER Quickly. I was amazed how much they change . Everyone was nice there. Including nurses and doctors on the second floor were my wife was admitted. They took good care of her and we was out quickly . Keep up the good work Brandon Regional Hospital.
After previous bad experiences with Brandon Regional I must say my visit yesterday was great! Everybody was very nice and helpful!
Clinical staff were awesome. New ER is impressive. Desk staff had little to poor interpersonal skills.
Don't expect to be taken care of here. Wait time for ER is 3-8 hours! Lied about no rooms available, actually no staff which I was told they have a problem keeping. Staff is friendly but works at a very leisure pace. No urgency at this emergency room! I was never giving pain meds and left to suffer in empty waiting room no one cared.
They took care of me and the staff was okay. Thanks
Worst treatment ever my first time in the ER! I had a severe shooting pain in my back with shortness of breath... arrived at the hospital and pain was gone luckily because it took an hour for someone to see me in the non ER. If I was still in pain I would of raised hell! Got there at 2 and didn't leave until 9pm BRH has the worst serve ever don't ever go there! I learned my lesson
