BRH saved my life. they didnt look at me as an addict seeking drugs, they took me seriously and because of that i am here alive and well today. they listened to my complaints and were on the ball with diagnostics and treatment.

My son went in with chest pain and struggling to breathe . Sat forever in the waiting room . Got bad treatment when we kept asking them to help him . Finally we took out of the ER to Lakeland regional where he was seen immediately .
Treated very well from everyone that spoke with me starting with the very observant young man that works with valet services. And I did not know there was 24/7 valet service.....what a personal touch. Thank you ER staff/personnel and Valet Services. You all ROCK!
