Absolutely terrible customer service. 2 times failed to show at my house . No reply even now. Also I've since heard im not the first. Do not use.

Avoid the fitters are extremely rude, arrogant and made me feel uncomfortable in my own home when fitting floor, blasted music and took no notice of my instructions, swearing when my daughter was in next room
