If you want selection, outstanding customer service, and service support like none other then don’t go anywhere else. This place has it all with an old fashioned customer service style that is rarely found in today’s retail market. purchased an rv from Delmarva Rv of Milford in summer of 2019. Needed basic service such as winterizing and overall inspection before closing down for the winter. Amanda, at the front desk had us scheduled and in the shop fairly quickly. Fast and friendly customer service. Next Bryan the maintenance tech, reviewed our concerns and completed the winterization quickly and efficiently. Had the RV back by close of day. Just had a great experience at Delmarva RV stopped for a couple of things and had quick polite service was in and out in no time!
I recently purchased a used travel trailer from Delmarva RV in Milford. With a used trailer there’s always the risk of something being wrong. That’s what happened in this case. I immediately called them. Right from the initial phone call I felt that this would go well. I brought it in, the Service Manger Immediately got someone on it. It was a difficult repair and extremely cold outside. The three young men who worked on it were very polite and pleasant.
