Lies on top of lies and more lies !!!!! Ignore my messages and camper left me stranded on my first trip. Still waiting on my door KEYS from 4 weeks ago!!!!

Their service department sucks! We have been trying to get our camper fixed for 3 years for a leak that they supposedly couldn’t find. It has ruined one of our recliners and the table that is mounted to the floor has now come loose so it is laying on its side. Now the parts manager is trying to say there was blood all over the inside so that’s why they didn’t do anything. Which is definitely a lie that he was called out on. Since the warranty is now up they have a long list of things that need to be fixed . Needless to say t... read more

Mrs. Crew, this is not a fair assessment in any way, shape, or form. We made every attempt to help and address the perceived leak, and performed numerous services gratis as a result of your relationship with the dealership. Given the fact the coach is five years old, and well outside of the 1 year manufacturers warranty, the manufacturer would not even consider entertaining a warranty claim. This was also the case three years ago as well. The fact there have been little to no measures taken in respect to routine maintenance ... read more

I would not recommend Delmarva RV due to their lack of communications and delayed response of their service department. I took my camper in for an awning repair back in August 2019. It was not fixed and available for pickup until December 2019. It should not take that long to put a new awning on a travel trailer. Each time I would call for an update I would be asked if I had any camping trips scheduled. I would also get the “our service department is really backed up at the moment”. I did not have any trips on the books but ... read more

Tried to buy a used rv from here but they acted like my $5500 wasn't worth their time so I found another place to spend my money!
