Ryan, Cross, and staff are very knowledgeable. He is always willing to answer my questions. Also love their social media updates, especially during Covid when going to look at campers in person was not a risk I wanted to take.
So as a first time RV owner who bought a travel trailer off of Facebook marketplace from an individual, I cannot express how pleased I was when I visited the showroom and bought some parts. I was met with helpful advice and suggestions, even though I didn’t get the camper from Delmarva. I continue to be impressed, and will go there when it is time to upgrade, for sure!
Lies on top of lies and more lies !!!!! Ignore my messages and camper left me stranded on my first trip. Still waiting on my door KEYS from 4 weeks ago!!!!
