Pretty sad when you call 2 hours before closing time to get help for your RV that’s broken down and they say they will put you on the list to call back and never get a call ... so now here we sit on a Saturday with no call back and you are closed on Sunday ... way to show customer service ... I always tell everyone you will make a deal happen but once the deal is done so are you ... service sucks !!! Thanks again for awful customer service !!
Service is what makes a business. Delmarva RV has four locations that sell RVs and one location that does service? That department is lacking. While I was standing in the lobby area waiting I saw their slogan on the wall? "100% satisfaction guaranteed"? better rethink that one?
Just bought a new camper from them. Made it very easy and trouble free! Everyone there was very helpful! I will go back to them again and recommend anyone looking to buy a camper definitely stop in and see them!
