Just bought a Grand Design Reflection from here. Debbie was our sales rep and she was absolutely awesome. Best experience I’ve ever had buying any camper. She knew exactly what I wanted and allowed us to take out time and decide which camper we wanted. No rush, no pressure. Gave us a great deal on our trade in and everything went smooth. Went to the lot to look at a used RV, stood there waiting to see the salesman we spoke to on the phone for a long period. He never waited on us and pawned us off on another guy who again made us wait. When he did see us it was basically pointing to where they were, although he did answer a few questions. Now if you go to Seaford/Laurel you get a person take you to units show them and answer your questions. Smyrna has the best staff who were more than willing to help.
