Click Pay is a company that allows you to pay your rent online using ACH e-check directly from your checking account. They never processed my January 2022 rent payment. Since January 1st was a Saturday I assumed that it would be processed on Monday the 3rd. On Wednesday the 5th the payment was still not processed. I attempted to contact customer support by email and by phone. Nobody answered my emails, and nobody answered the phone. Now my rent is late. I called Clickpay to correct my incorrect address for my autopay settings. After a long hold about 2 hours. The representative finally came online. She has a bad customre service attitude and doesn't understand what I was telling that the address in my account was setup incrrectly. She argued with me and hang up on me. I find this rep.'s behavior apalling. I called my bank to stop payment on them. FirstServe is the *** that hired ClickPay to process the autopay on the monthly association fees. Customers BEWARE !

Got a collection notice on a **** that was supposed to be paid automatically. "Customer service" blamed me for not setting up auto pay "correctly", i.e., scheduling when their system goes and checks for payment due. They won't admit that their system setup is ****** complicated and counterintuitive to every other payment service in the western world. I sent a letter of compliant to the management company that hired them and asked them to reconsider their use of the service.
What a garbage company. The page is buggy, AutoPay sometimes works sometimes it doesn't. Don't trust it and pay manually. I've been hit with late fees because of it. They delete your information and payment history without telling you about it. Total disaster, I don't understand how in the world they still exist.
ZERO STARS ************ will take your money without authorization. They are told to take anything they want by the associations they work with like ************* Residential, also a ZERO STAR rating.
I will give a 0 (zero) stars to the company click pay for the worst customer service in the nation They have so many issues submitting the payments to the property management they always blamed the back or something else please use the old fashion check, stop giving them the $1 fee to this PS company.
