At this time, during a pandemic, Clickpay has decided to NOT waive their credit card payment fees. For some people, this is the only way to pay their rent. It would be beneficial to the management companies that Clickpay serves to waive this fee as tenants will be able to continue to pay rent or maintenance/HOA fees and in turn keep their buildings operational and safe. The service launches marketing campaigns encouraging people to pay using their credit card. Then they charge hidden fees for credit card usage, which they only mention in fine print. When I reached out to customer support to complain about this, their response was essentially "we did nothing wrong". There was no acknowledgement of responsibility or willingness to listen to users to improve the quality of their service. Unprofessional. My HOA Solera Apple Valley suggested their services. I have over $400 in late fees because of their "payment stopped". My bank representative and I both heard the lame excuse given. The bank suggested I write a review since they acknowledged in both instances that they did not authorize the stop ad that there were more than "sufficient funds available. Very poor communications and process for changing condo assn fee payment services to them. Communications indicated "no action needed at this time" up until 2 days before payment was due. Very reluctant to give this firm my bank acct info, but fee for payment by credit card was approx $25/mo. Will be monitoring bank acct closely, I don't trust the firm from the outset. Skeptical of Assn's decision to switch, too.

Website is always incredibly slow to load and there are processing issues — really not good for users especially when they rely heavily on what is expected to be a sturdy digital platform dealing with money handling and so forth. Very disappointed, please fix your site.

Worst customer service ever. Any time you call you are on hold a minimum of 24 minutes. I put my credit card information in but wanted to remove it when I realized there was a ridiculous fee to use the card. I called several times to ask them to remove my credit card information because the system wouldn’t allow me to do it, but they told me they couldn’t do that. My experience with ClickPay has been beyond frustrating. I submitted a payment on July 31st. When I typed in my routing number, my bank popped up, which means my routing number is correct. Then on August 6th, I received an email saying my payment did not go through with no reason on the email. I called ClickPay and they said it's because my routing number was wrong. I called my bank, my bank said they have no idea what ClickPay was talking about and that my routing number was correct. My bank also said they never received a ... read more

HORRIBLE customer service. Extremely incompetent. I hope this company gets audited, because something doesn't seem right. They can't provide me with what my balance was for something I previously paid without getting in touch with my management company? If they get audited they won't be able to show that it went from have a balance to a $0 amount?! If that's so impossible to show someone who PAYS through their service, then they will rue the day an auditor comes by. Absurd!

Horrible! It took 11 back and forth conversations to even make the representative understand what the problem was, and that remains questionable. The English is nearly unintelligible. Gave up as the information given to me was incorrect. I was being double billed on a utility bill which was already paid. Then I was told that I would have to get in touch with my management company as they are the ones who send out the bills and I was not receiving paper bills.
