I recently bought a place and the *** payment is set up through Click Pay. The support provided is lousy and I cannot even pay on the first of the month. There is poor communication between the property Management and Click Pay and Click Pay wants me to do their communication with the ******************* team, when it is them that cannot set up payment at the right time. I've been using ClickPay to pay my rent for my *** apartment over the past 15 months. I set up autopay each month to charge my credit card because when I set my account up there was no service/convenience fees for using a credit card. I just resigned my lease and noticed via my statement that I paid an extra $100 than what my rent was so I looked into it. Clearly this company is unethical and/or incompetent. ClickPay claims my monthly coop fee did not go through on 4/1 due to either wrong account number or account closed. Today the 7th they email and tell me. I call their customer service(?) and they maintain that there is a problem. I call ****************** who pays this clown college for their services and the payment did go through on autopay but on the 6th. So why did are they emailing me with bogus info? Terrible business practices! I believe Click Pay has unethical business practices! I am in awe that ****************** continues to do business with Click Pay! I have been hit with fees that were caused by Click Pay. You cannot getting issues resolved with this company. Can not getting anyone to properly and clearly assist you. Clearly, I believe I am being taken advantage of by Click Pay! Features on the app, seldom work. And, clickpay will tell you to contact your building manger, which is no resolution either.

I had an autopay setup and for the last 3 months they have taken whatever amount they want out. I finally had to dispute these charges with my credit card, and cancel autopsy. Guess its back to paying by check.

Amazingly impossible and lack of knowledge of how the app should flow. Arrogance customer support staff who never take a responsibility on their defect and misleading web app. Be careful!! They want update account balance even payment went thru. That website Mentally force you to pay twice Balance is not updated on time. And if you paid double and that amount wont show up as negative balance. Plus, it wont show up it dashboard. Even u paid twice, it only show last one payment. Clickpay is an unethical company many unit owners included myself has report improperly business practices. Clickpay improperly process unit owners payments late although the unit owners/renter pays on the first of the month. Unit owners and renter are improperly charge late fees, over charged without explanation of charges, harassed via email by Clickpay and so on. Unit owners rights continue to be violated by click pay. This company need to be fined and/or shut down from doing business due to click pay unethical practices.... read more

this company is a scam for the property manager - hidden fee of 2.9% to auto pay by credit card - doesn't sound like much, but i was paying an extra $70 a month without knowing it!!!!

This service is extremely irresponsible and VERY poorly run. Any business that employs these jokers is due for legal trouble. They have double-charged my rent this month and added in extra fees for which I'm not responsible. Not even ONE positive review because they are horrendous.
