This is the worst service of its kind. As a property owner, I would never use them.
Absolute garbage company. Reps are rude, can never speak with anyone with "authority". They fraudulently charged my credit card for rent AFTER we had already paid via a different method. They returned the rent after 2 weeks, but kept the fee charges. After speaking to the leasing office, this complex has received tons of complaints about this company.
Rude representatives. Incompetent & took them months to give me access to my own property.

This third party service is used in by our HOA to help it's residents pay HOA dues. But it is not working. We have set up AUTO PAY at least 4 times with this 3rd party service and our bill is NEVER paid. We have been charged fees from the HOA multiple times due to the auto pay not being paid (approx 56.00 semi annually). This is such a scam. Banks are required to let you transfer money -- it's a free service they do. This does nothing but scam you out of a fee for using auto-pay. Plus the website is horrible, and not ADA / WCAG compliant for accessibility. Literally told we have to use this service... that doesn't make itself easy to use for elderly / people with visual disabilities... and they want a service fee every month. Total scam.
Zero Stars- management company only uses ClickPay as a cop out and vice versa. They are a third party so that no responsibility or accountability is taken on either side while owners continue to be charged crazy fees. It's a shame businesses like this CAN exist. I have setup an auto-pay in clickpay system month in advance. Their system is not withdrawing money in time and I am being charged late fees for 2 months. What is the point of autopay if you just get a larger fee becaise the system is withdrawing money 1 day later and automatically charging late fees.
I hate click pay they tried to over draft my account $945 dollars and now my rental office is saying I owe them $24.32 because of them.This was done in June 1st when I tried to use their computer service.What a joke.Now I sent them my rent in two money orders because you can only make money orders up to a certain amount and my water bill on another money order and they have an investigation pending to see about the money orders I sent them on August 1st and it's the 6th they only go to New Jersey.Nothing but problems with th... read more
