I am forced to give a star... ZERO STARS! Here is why, On 1/31/19 at 12:55pm I submitted a rental payment due 2/1/19. On 2/5/19 at 9:20pm I was emailed by clickpay stating a payment reversal due to the account not being valid/corresponding with account holder. I resubmitted payment through clickpay using the same exact account as the original payment on 2/6/19 at 7:50am (immediately after reading their email from the night prior) and that payment went through with absolutely no issue within 1 business day. Had an issue - not accepting payment. Responded very promptly to my request and gave me info allowing me to resolve with bldg mgmt quickly
I always get quick and accurate responses from all the Representatives. No complaints whatsoever. It makes my work easier! Great Job!!
They were always on point with accounts, setup support, payments auto pay etc. Wish My HOA had stayed with these guys, it was so easy and love the support. Thanks for all the years of awesome service guys....will miss ya'll.
In 3 years that I have used the clickpay, I have never had any issues with the processing of my common charges. In fact, it is quite a simple system with prompt replies when you have questions. I was pleased with the most recent Alyssa's courteous reply to my question.
The service is fine as long as you don't run into an issue and have to get a hold of a customer support rep. Their automated phone line gives your a generic response and then immediately disconnects. To get a live person, you have to select random numbers and hope that someone picks up. Once you do get a hold of someone, you get a sense that you're being rushed so as long as you're quick and precise with what you're calling about, they will take care of your issue.

I had to call on the phone twice. the first time the wait was over 15 minutes. On both occasions my problem was resolved but I would have appreciated a better attitude from both agents. They made it seem that I was disturbing them.
After setting up my monthly co-op payments with this service, which was recommended by my co-op management, they immediately took a double payment from my linked checking account, which took three weeks and a herculean effort to correct. Less than 6 months later they did it again and left my checking account with bounced checks. Again I was put through a ringer before they agreed to return that double dipping error.
