The landlord asked me to leave at the end of 6.th month of my tenancy and I informed the agency that I am going to leave the property even a week before the end of the tenancy but they still asked me to pay the days that I didn’t use the property. I am pretty sure they were in coordination with the landlord to overcharge me, I would strongly advise to to avoid this company

Unbelievable incompetence. Utter lack of care and attention to detail. Zero individual responsibility or concern for property or person. Appalling in every regard - avoid.

I rarely leave negative reviews but I feel compelled to write this. Our experience with B&V has been nothing short of an extreme disappointment. It all seemed great until we signed a contract - from then on service levels dropped to almost zero and communication with us was appalling. We wasted valuable time and money with this estate agent and I regret choosing them as our agency. We have since moved on and the experience has been like chalk vs cheese. Don’t be fooled by their grandiose claims about how good they are.
