I purchased my dream house last august with my wife. After the winter, I noticed my garden was in horrific shape and boggy (compared to my neighbors). So I raised with Customer service in march. St Modwen Homes have now been taken over by Miller Homes therefore the build quality and experience for us and I believe our neighbours who moved in at a similar time has not been a pleasant one. Having lived on this estate on phase 2, there is no comparison on quality and customer care. Home dirty on move day, snagging list extensive and barely started 10 weeks in, trades on site (not all but alot) are inconsiderate, foul mouthed and think its funny to throw pvc cladding over the garden wall nearly hitting family, including... read more
