Due to a small fire in our bedroom, we had to replace our blinds just before Christmas. We called Bramley Blinds and they kindly came out the next morning to measure up and provide a quote. Having been told by a competitor that the lead time was 4-6 weeks, we were pleasantly surprised to find that Bramley could fit within a few weeks, and just in time for Christmas. Thank you to Bramley Blinds for making the process of buying shutters and blinds straightforward. My husband and I are so pleased with the new shutters as we are with all Simon has fitted.
Fleeced an 88 yr old pensioner out of £320 for purchase and fitting of a curtain pole. Ordered curtains in April, first order arrived in late May, damaged, then waited until July to be told the material originally chosen, was no longer available. Gave up by end of July, cancelled order. Although very skilled workmanship, as time went on, no sense of urgency or recognition of disappointment to what should have been fully furnished rooms., time spent waiting and at the end of the day, a very expensive experience. .
We were so pleased with the service and quality of the blinds, they look great with a high quality finish - and were fitted really neatly and quickly too. Definitely recommend.
