I saw Dr Mirela today, I was having ragging toothache for days, 111 put me forward to the Castle Cary Practice , Mirela, thank you so much for seeing me today, you were so kind and understood the stress I was in, you put me at ease and your kindness and support was second to none, I cannot praise you enough, now on my way to recovery from my tooth extraction, the professionalism and patient care was outstanding

I have recently had a complex reconstruction of my front upper teeth such that I could no longer need to use a denture. Maria the practice clinical lead made an abutment for me that fitted perfectly first time and now after almost a weeks use it is so amazing not to have to have a denture. Maria was very kind and is clearly a very skilled dental surgeon. Thank you.

I cannot praise Mirelana enough, she has been absolutely brilliant with me, I have had a huge fear of dentists since I was a kid, but she put me at ease, straight away, made me feel calm throughout all the work she did, which was surprisingly painless, she was so good with me. The ladies downstairs on reception are just lovely, very friendly and understanding. Just an all round fantastic service. Thank you.

I went in for a routine appointment today & had a different dentist. Having reflected on my appointment, I was not at all impressed by the way I was treated & felt like a naughty school girl, with no proper explanation of the additional treatment I needed with a specialist, no idea of costs offered up. It was an appalling experience & I’m not sure I will be returning. Bring back Nikolai!
