Rubbish gp ever
The surgery protocol with dealing patients problem are very poor. They want the patient to keep calling, queuing on the line before you could see or speak to any doctor. I know that the receptionist (Georgia) who's answering the call are just following what she was told. But how they deal with patients problem is not helping the NHS at all. They are just prolonging patients problem and waiting to make it worst. GP surgery are useless. They are making our A&E more busier. and now they are passing down to pharmacist their resp... read more

Absolute shambles. Called on the dot at 10:30, finally got through to a receptionist at 11:39, to be told all appointments have gone for the next 2 weeks. Apparently you have to call at 10:15/10:20, and be 'ahead of the queue'. I tried that on the previous Friday, but there was an automated message saying lines were closed and to call back at 10:30 - on the Friday I gave up waiting after 90+ minutes.
