As I am new to Basingstoke and am recovering from a life saving opetation in a hospital in Wales. I am very happy at Brambleys Grange. M/P. The staff and everyone involved are friendly, polite and very profession ! Thank you for your sensitivity and compassion !
I have several long term medical conditions and I have always been treated with respect and care by multiple doctors. The booking system is frustrating at times but providing you know what to do when, it's usually ok. I find the receptionsits very helpful and polite. they have a hard job and get talked to like dirt at times. I would always recommend this practice to anyone.
Avoid Dr Dougan at all costs! She is the worst doctor I have came across. She actually refuses to give medication for a life long condition and will stop all prescriptions then deny it when questioned. She's also very rude/arrogant and will not listen to anything you have to say and will continually talk over you. I can't talk for all receptionist at the practice but the one i dealt with was less than helpful and ended the call when asked about her name so I could make a complaint to the practice manger.
