In summary, the work was fine, if a little overpriced, but the customer interface was terrible - they didn't come as arranged, left almost a week between visits, then demanded payment immediately (from ny 80 year old Mum who had written them a check) and without even issuing an invoice. When I said it would be difficult to get the money quickly as Mum does not have internet banking, he threatened to send people round to take up the flags. Sean and his team were excellent and very professional from start to finish. They have done my back garden laid a new drive and front garden and have done a superb job I would recommend brambles to all my friends. Thanks again
