I bought Bramblecrest rattan garden furniture from Dobbies, for over £1600, which subsequently started breaking down after very light usage. Following customer service enquiries with Dobbies and Bramblecrest, they were entirely unhelpful and refused to do anything about the broken furniture, even though it was under a 3 year guarantee. Absolutely useless, total lack of customer service, and would NOT recommend buying any expensive furniture from them OR Bramblecrest.
