No one never answer the phone terrible service
I am writing this review to prevent anyone from using this company. The owner is arrogant, unreliable, untruthful and horrible at consistent communication. Some of their work was good quality but what wasn’t was really bad. We had a project with which they were involved from the inception which turned out to be done with poor, careless workmanship. Not sure the business has shut down or not, no one responds any calls or emails. They have had my boss' drapes for over a month when the owner promised the installation a month ago, we still have not heard back at all. I have called over 20 times, and texted and emailed. This shouldn't be a proper business. Be honest with your customer, return the goods if you are unable to do it, don't make empty promises.
