Bragg Plumbing is simply THE BEST! I have used them for years to repair and install items in my 100 year old house. **** has been amazing, and everyone is very friendly and accomodating.
Bragg came to my rental to fix an AC unit on the hottest day of the year. It took about 5 minutes for the technician to diagnose the problem as the capacitor. He said it was a $475 part but could give it to me for $450. Shocked, but since it was a rental I was obligated to fix it in a timely manner. The next business day I asked for the model number of the part and they said it didn't have one? I asked for an itemized bill - $89 for the service call and $450 for a part that came up as a capacitor on the internet. The part wa... read more

Becasue the customer was not happy with our service, I refunded the entire amount of $470 back to the customer. As mentioned, it was the hottest day of the year and we were able to restore AC to her rental unit that same day. All charges were approved by the customer before any work was done. I consider this matter closed.
****** ****** from Bragg Plumbing and Hearing replace my AC in a very timely manor during a very long heat spell. He was very easy to talk to and clear in explaining our options. We could not be any more satisfied with the replacement and the service we received.
My on-demand water heater wasn't heating, and I tried everything including a preventative maintenance cleaning of the filters, fan, burner chamber, igniters, etc. Couldn't get it to work, so I decided to call a plumber. I was dreading the experience, but I liked Bragg's reviews, their website, and that they featured knowledge about on-demand water heaters, so I gave them a chance. *** & **** of Bragg Plumbing quickly and efficiently resolved an issue with corroded and badly leaking galvanized pipes under our home, replacing them quickly with all plastic pipes, cleaned up swiftly and were gone in much less time than I thought it would take to do a big job like that.
