Sean from Bragg was out here in minutes to resolve our thermostat problem during the coronavirus lockdown. He was courteous, smart, and bent over backwards to make sure we were satisfied and safe. Have never had a better service call in the 40+ years we've lived in this community.

We had a furnace out and just blowing cold air. Carmen got an appointment set up immediately, and Sean was at our place in less than an hour. OK, maybe not too much work on during "shelter in place"...but another company I called couldn't schedule us right away and never got back to us even after Bragg had come, made the repair, and left. Sean fixed the problem quickly, and the bill was reasonable. Everyone was super polite, and the whole process was done in under 2 hours from my first call to them. When I called it went to voicemail left a message hung up and my phone beeps and it is from ****** letting me know she was on another call and would get back to me soon She called me a minute later and I had a tec here in an hour **** took 5 minutes to let us know what the problem was These guys rock

I found a bat in my bedroom and Animal Control thought it might have come from the bedroom vent. ****** and ***** were great. They came out right away, within an hour of my phone call. They checked the vents in my unit, determined there were no bats in the vent, covered the two bedroom vents over with duct tape (just so I'd feel better) and didn't even charge me for their time. I'm so appreciative of their help and I'd highly recommend them to everyone.

**** was on time and friendly. He assessed the situation and explained what he thought was going on. The good news was there wasn't anything wrong with the heater/thermostat but in experience with the system.

Bragg Plumbing responded to my request for promptly, provided their quote, and was able to schedule the work very quickly. They arrived (almost) on time and did all the work in less time than they estimated. In addition, they found an additional problem with the air ducts and were able to make that repair on the same visit. Excellent, reliable work.

All businesses, small and large should be run like this one. The world would be much better place to live. The two separate jobs. Excellent phone skill by Carmen, great effort in the craw space by the water soaked GM who fixed the sump pump. Two days latter they replaced or prehistoric heater and all is well. Prompt, professional and skilled. Merry Christmas to all at Bragg. PS: I am not a relative, they are just that good.

Did and excellent job cleaning the heating ducts for me. Very courteous and professional crew. Chance, the head technician, is very nice and more importantly very knowledgeable about his trade. I strongly recommend Bragg Plumbing & Heating.
