Bragg has been my go-to plumbing, A/C, and heating company for years. ALL the staff are professional, careful, courteous, on time, and super clean. I can’t think of a single thing I’d change about Bragg. ??????

My water heater failed. I called in the morning and by 3:00 pm the same day it was replaced. This is in Dillon Beach. It is very difficult to find service providers to come to this area. My 22 year old water died on Monday, I called Bragg, spoke to John, the owner who arranged to have one of his staff come out that afternoon. **** arrived, we discussed options, I made the decision to replace the old water heater. ****ordered everything for delivery the next day. I was given a time frame for the work to begin, **** arrived as promised, started the work and discovered that the new, replacement water heater was defective. We had to get our tankless water heater replaced. Todd and Sean did great work, were efficient and pleasant and left the place cleaner than when they started work! I highly recommend this company, it’s great! AND it was the first time I used them!
Chance did a very pro job of diagnosing and explaining to me why my old AC unit was on life support with mere weeks to live and advising me on funeral arrangements.
