We had all of our sinks clogged or leaking. We phoned other companies who were not available for a week. With two people who have health issues, we needed someone quickly. They came the next day, cleaned out both the drains and showed us that the faucet was leaking, not the pipe. They gave us the option of buying from them or going to the hardware store and save money. We have learned from several people that we were very overcharged by our last plumber. That is not the case with Bragg. We recommend Bragg plumbing.
**** *** ****** did a great job on cleaning my home heater vents. They cleaned up as they went and I was very pleased.
**** and ***** arrived punctually. They were polite and courteous and got the job done. No complaints.
Todd responded to my call very promptly. Although my problem was not one which his company handled I pointed out another issue which he was able to fix the very next day. I am pleased with the quick response and the quality of the work.
Called on Monday, Estimate on Tuesday, Job completed on Wednesday. Sean and Steve were professional and courteous. Moreover, they did a great job and my wife loves her next kitchen faucet.

He arrived at the scheduled time and was excellent at assessing the situation - he asked questions, listened and inspected. Also noteworthy items: very courteous, very professional yet personable composure and efficient. An overall great customer experience from booking to billing. My 'go to' for any heating and plumbing needs in the future, without hesitation.
