Poor poor management. Have been living here for 3 years and ever since they’ve change the management team of the building, things are getting worse and worse. One of the lift has been out of service for at least 4 months, there’s garbage all over the garbage disposal and it happens every week.
Bradstowe has gone downhill under HCGB's management—the lift hasn’t worked for months, communal areas are filthy, and maintenance takes forever since they removed the on-site team. Even worse, staff pressure residents for fake 5-star reviews to hide how bad things are. Avoid this place if you want decent living conditions in Harrow.
Terrible experience at Bradstowe with the new management team: 1. Lift has not been working for months and they do not intend to do much about it despite higher floors and so many residents.. people are just left to wait or climb up 2. Communal areas and the bin areas have become extremely unhygienic 3. Shocking to live here anymore… months and months on and no one gives a damn of the lift not working. Ayan - who sits at concierge (who locks the door at times and is inefficient for any building issues) still asking everyone for ratings - don’t get fooled by this. Terrible place to live!!!
Living in Bradstowe House under HCGB has been a nightmare. When HCGB took over Bradstowe House from Greystar, we thought we’d give them the benefit of the doubt. Big mistake. Our lift has been broken for nearly three months — three months of operating close to 200-300 flats just with one lift — with nothing but the same excuse: “We’ve ordered the parts.” No timeline, no urgency, no progress.
