This company was recommended by a friend and I must say I’m so grateful. before being told about Bradshaw Stairlifts An engineer from Bradshaws came around to measure my stairs, he was very. Bradshaw Stairlifts are an amazing company. The care and attention they show each time they come to our address is simply brilliant. Joe the engineer is one of the nicest, most thorough engineers we have ever met and is so considerate of both my Mum and her home, he is a pleasure to have around and nothing seems to phase him, quite simply he is a stairlift genius! We had an appointment for later in the week TBC by Monday. Monday first thing got a very rude call when it wasn’t confirmed and I was called “decent” for letting them know. All this by 10am Monday morning. Extremely rude and inconsiderate given we’ve had an accident in the family. Debbie who was helpful when she thought there was business turned extremely rude. Could definitely work on her people skills.
