We have had a stairlift from Bradshaws for 6 years. My very elderly mum, would have been bound to her bedroom only for the last year, if it wasn’t for the stairlift. There have been no problems, other than one call out needed, only to find we had switched off the power by mistake – they were there in a flash. Nice and friendly staff, would highly recommend. If i could give no stars i would. The lift has gone wrong no less than 10 times over the past 8 months, the engineer comes out, then it stops again, then we have to wait for a part and soon the warrenty will run out and we will have paid for a staitlift that has been not working longer than it has been working.
